Prices can vary greatly between households as many factors contribute to fair rates. We offer a first-time cleaning special at a flat rate for our team to showcase their cleaning skills and for you to decide if we're the perfect fit. This also provides us the opportunity to create a proper estimate for future cleanings. We typically send an emailed quote after the initial cleaning has taken place where you can approve, or request changes, and possibly get more cleanings onto the calendar.

We cover a wide range of Central Iowa. From Warren County to Jasper County, we will go the distance for our customers!

You do NOT need to be home for cleanings. All clients are certainly welcome and invited to be present; however, it is not necessary. We understand the struggle for maintaining a busy calendar and we want to simplify life, not add more to it. As long as we are able to access your home, you do not need to be present.

To make sure we’re the most efficient cleaning machines you’ve ever hired, having your space decluttered (random items picked up – toys, clothes, etc.) will help us out greatly! If you aren’t planning to be home while we clean (which is totally cool), making sure we have instructions on how to access your home prior to our arrival will be necessary. That’s it!

We love making new furry-friends! It is ideal if you are able to keep your pet in a secure place while we clean but our team is familiar with the proper treatment of a majority of pets (those who typically roam free in a home) and can certainly get them to a comfortable space while we work - let them out to the backyard to play or help them into a room to take a well-deserved snooze. If you don’t plan to be home when we arrive, just let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.

We do offer a get-to-know-you session for pets, as well. We understand that trust is earned and can schedule a time where we visit your home to get to know your pet while you are present. If your fur-baby is anxious around new people, maybe this is the route for you! We’d like to earn their trust - after all, it is their home too!

No. We arrive with all of our cleaning tools and we take them with us when we head out. We are stocked with, in our opinion, the best and most efficient cleaning products. If you have a favorite product or equipment you prefer us use, definitely let us know and we will do everything we can to work with your request.

We watch the calendar diligently and make sure to take time for our families by not scheduling on major holidays. If we happen to schedule a cleaning on a holiday you celebrate, we can certainly reschedule to a date more convenient for you and your family. Just let us know!

While we pride ourselves on versatility and cleaning “all the things”, we do not have the ability to steam clean upholstered items. We hope to add deep cleaning of carpets and rugs to our line-up soon!
